Capture signals directly at the sensor—even without access to the controller

Icon

The HUB-SE100 intelligently expands existing modules and creates additional data points by connecting directly to the sensor. This allows you, for example, to digitize analog signals or capture signals before they reach the controller—whether because no free interface is available for the sensor or because you cannot access the controller. Small and easy to install, it is perfect for retrofit projects or test runs when you don’t want to interfere with the existing infrastructure.

Examples of use

  • Temperature Measurement
  • Media Monitoring
  • Condition Data
  • Retrofit
  • Temporary Measurement Campaigns
  • Proof-of-Concept Projects

Use cases of the HUB-SE100

Use cases

Use as an inline signal extension: You have an analog temperature sensor but need the signals in digital form to integrate them into your Grafana dashboards. You insert the HUB-SE100 between the sensor and the controller—no problem with the M8 connectors—and capture the data using the HUB-SE100 and the siineos installed on it. From now on, you can use all siineos features, including Grafana, alarms, apps, cloud access, etc...

HUB-SE100 as a standalone Wi-Fi sensor: You want to install a new sensor, but the control cabinet is inaccessible and there’s no more space on the controller. Simply connect the sensor to the HUB-SE100, provide a power supply, and you can immediately process, visualize, or forward the sensor data with siineos.
