Central Device Management
Single Point of Truth - All data from a single source
Platform for High-Performance Software Applications
make it. simple. plug & play.
The HUB-CX400 is NOT a gateway and NOT a sensor hub; it does not capture signals from machines and sensors and deliberately has NO sensor connections.
Its role lies one level above. The HUB-CX400 forms the central network and management layer above all gateways and modules in the in.hub architecture. While edge devices capture signals and generate data, the HUB-CX400 ensures that these devices are managed in a structured manner, operated in a coordinated way, and that their data is consolidated centrally.
Deploy updates centrally across all your devices: This makes it easy to keep track of version statuses and configurations. Without the need for the cloud or additional server infrastructure, you can manage your entire IoT infrastructure using just ONE device.
All data is stored and made available in a structured format on the HUB-CX400. This creates a unified database across all gateways and modules, eliminating data silos. This makes it easy to transfer data to IT systems and server or cloud solutions.
The HUB-CX400’s superior computing and storage capabilities are ideal for computationally intensive workloads, high data throughput, and large-scale software applications. As your infrastructure grows, you can also handle AI workloads.
Instead of managing many devices individually, the HUB-CX400 is managed by IT as a central hub. It handles device management for all connected systems, thereby laying the foundation for a scalable IoT architecture: pilot installations can be expanded in a structured manner, devices remain manageable, data is consistently consolidated, and applications can be operated centrally. This is precisely why the HUB-CX400 is the crucial building block for transforming initial projects into stable rollouts and IoT infrastructures that can be operated over the long term.
The HUB-CX400 is the only module in the in.hub product family to feature a Device Manager that manages all subordinate gateways and modules, as well as apps, connectors, and integrations. This ensures consistency and clarity, enabling you to confidently address the increasingly complex demands of the IT and IoT world.
